Kundalini

I have been practicing Kundalini for several years, and to this day, I have over a hundred sessions under my belt. I have been able to reap its benefits and experience every change brought about by this magnificent energy. It is also called Qi. Kundalini is a mysterious and powerful energy that resides within each of us, and its awakening can transform our lives on all levels.

What is Kundalini?

Kundalini is a form of energy located at the base of our spine, often described as a coiled serpent at the root of our energy system. This energy represents our spiritual potential and life force. When Kundalini awakens, it ascends along the spinal column, passing through and activating the various chakras or energy centers in our body, until it reaches the crown chakra located at the top of our head. The drawing opposite represents our 13 chakras. Kundalini, coupled with certain meditations and physical exercises, allows you to open five additional chakras. Indian tradition says that these five chakras were closed when Man lost his connection with nature and with everything. Their opening involves a change of color for each of them. The new chakras are located at the jaw level, near the heart, in the pelvis. I was lucky enough to be introduced to this ascent by a woman yogi during a retreat.

I ‘m not forcing the awakening of Kundalini, based on my experience and the teachings I have received, it should liberate itself. It is counterproductive to force it.
